Business I will be having my bathroom refurbished soon and I have been trying to decide what to do with regards to the flooring. At the moment I have carpet in there which is completely useless. We have had several floods on there from a broken loo as well as from children making a mess from the bath and the shower leaking where the curtain was not pulled across properly. I have been meaning to replace the carpet ever since we moved in, which was about 8 years ago but now we need a new bathroom I am definitely going to do it. I have been looking in to various options. I really like the idea of mosaic tiles in a bathroom but my bathroom is too small to really pull off something like that. I have therefore been looking at other options. One thing that I am considering is having a ceramic tile but I am worried about them being cold and am not planning on having under floor heating. I am not keen on vinyl flooring and so I think that I might opt for hardwood flooring which I love and I will have to find out if it can be treated to protect it against leaks.
